Refund and Returns Policy


Once you have purchased any product from the website and made the payment for same, the amount can’t be refunded in any case due to any reason whatsoever.


Thus, before making any purchase you are required to carefully check system requirements and all other terms and conditions.


However, we exercise highest standards of customer service thus in genuine cases (damaged/ defective/ wrong product), the product can be replaced. Please note this applies to the tangibles only i.e. study material or pendrive or any other tangible sent with the parcel.


In general, before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, refuse to accept delivery and inform us at the earliest.


In the event you receive a damaged/ defective/ wrong product, to get the replacement, you are required to comply with the following conditions :


a.  Notify us along with sufficient proofs like photos, videos etc. within 24 working hours of such delivery. This timeline should strictly be followed, else Skill India shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.


b.  On receiving such communication, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and shall process the replacement if the complaint is genuine. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal action.


c.  Products/ Services should be unused. In case you have activated the course, it can’t be replaced at any cost.


d.  Once we allow you the replacement, you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier within one day from receipt of such notice.


Charges upto ₹ 200 for the same shall be borne by us.


e.  Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices etc.


f.  Return packets should be strongly packaged in such a manner so that there is no further damage of products during transit.


g.  The returned products are subject to verification and checks by us in order to determine the legitimacy of the claim raised by you.


h.  If found genuine, the new parcel shall be dispatched within 2 working days of the receipt of damaged/ defective/ wrong parcel.
